RDV360 or Doctolib: which one for your practice?

Two French solutions for taking appointments online, but two different models. Here is the comparison, with dated figures (October 2026).

Transparency: RDV360 is us. Every figure we state therefore refers to our listed prices or to a public source, listed at the end of the article. Doctolib does not publish its prices: the amounts quoted are orders of magnitude gathered from third parties, to be confirmed with the publisher.

The verdict in 30 seconds

RDV360 and Doctolib meet two different needs. Doctolib is mainly aimed at contracted practitioners (contracted with the Assurance Maladie, France’s national health insurance, so their fees are reimbursed) who want built-in teleconsultation and the visibility of its patient directory, for around a hundred euros per month. RDV360 is aimed at health and holistic therapy practitioners who bill directly (osteopath, psychologist, sophrologist, physiotherapist…): it brings together online booking, reminders, payments and Google visibility, with a real free plan (not just a trial), then from €29.90 per month, with no commission.

Result: RDV360 starts at €0 (then from €29.90 excl. VAT/month) while Doctolib is around €135 incl. VAT/month on an annual plan (€149 monthly), excluding activation fees and teleconsultation, and has no free plan for practitioners.

How much does Doctolib cost, and how much does RDV360 cost?

Doctolib does not publish a price list: the subscription is negotiated on a quote. Feedback from practitioners and comparison sites puts the subscription at around €135 incl. VAT/month with an annual commitment (about €149 paid monthly), with activation fees at sign-up and teleconsultation as an option (around €79/month). Order of magnitude observed in October 2026, to be confirmed with Doctolib.

RDV360 lists public prices: the Free plan is free, with no credit card; paid plans start at €29.90 excl. VAT per month (Pro plan, with 300 SMS reminders), and the certified POS is included in the Pro+ plan at €39.90 excl. VAT per month. No quote, no sales meeting.

Does RDV360 have a free plan?

Doctolib is free for patients, but there is no free plan for practitioners. RDV360 offers a Free plan that covers the essentials: calendar, 24/7 online booking, patient records and Reserve with Google. Enough to get started with no commitment and no credit card, then move up a plan when the need arises.

Payments

RDV360 includes an NF525 certified POS (NF525 is the French certification for secure POS software) and online deposits: useful if you bill your patients directly, for example in osteopathy, psychology or for services that are not reimbursed. A standard medical calendar usually offers a simple online payment, without a certified POS. Note: a certified POS is only a legal requirement for professionals subject to VAT; reimbursable health services are exempt from VAT. Its value here is practical (clean payments, fee notes, revenue tracking).

How do you find patients with one or the other?

Doctolib relies on its patient directory: patients search and book there directly. RDV360 takes another route, included from the free plan and with no commission: Reserve with Google (the “Book an appointment” button on your Google profile, where most patients start their search) and a page on the rdv360.com directory. You reach patients at the moment they are searching, and a booked appointment stays yours, with no commission paid back.

Who each solution is designed for

  • Doctolib suits contracted doctors and specialists who want built-in teleconsultation and the platform’s patient directory, with the budget that goes with it.
  • RDV360 is designed for health and holistic therapy practitioners who bill directly (osteopaths, psychologists, holistic therapies, physiotherapists…), who want a real free plan, to take payments simply and to avoid commissions, with public prices.

How these figures were gathered

RDV360’s prices are its public prices listed on the Pricing page. The amounts attributed to Doctolib come from practitioner feedback and third-party comparison sites (October 2026), as the publisher does not publish a price list: they are given as orders of magnitude and to be confirmed with Doctolib.
