Are reminders part of the free plan?
Text reminders come with the paid plans: 300 texts a month are included from the Pro plan. The calendar and online booking, for their part, are free.
What happens if I go over 300 texts?
Each additional text costs €0.08 excl. VAT, like messages sent to destinations outside mainland France and the overseas departments.
Can the patient reply to the text?
Reminders are transactional messages tied to the appointment. To cancel or reschedule, the patient goes back through the booking link, and your calendar updates on its own.
What if the patient has refused texts?
Their choice is respected: consents are recorded on their file, dated and with their source, and the messages comply with them.
