The review invitation comes with the Pro plan. The calendar, online booking and Reserve with Google, for their part, are included from the Free plan.
Can I choose who receives the invitation?
Yes: the invitation follows your settings and respects the consents recorded on the patient’s file.
Do the reviews belong to Google?
Reviews are published on your Google Business Profile and you reply from your Google account: they stay attached to your practice, not to RDV360.
