Can I schedule a series of sessions at once?
Yes. A recurring appointment is set up on one screen: rhythm (every week, every two weeks, and so on), day, and an end after a number of sessions or on a date. The whole series lands on the schedule in one go.
Does RDV360 replace my télétransmission software?
No, and that is deliberate: RDV360 handles appointment booking, the calendar, reminders, the patient file and payments. For the reimbursed side (feuilles de soins, the care sheets, and télétransmission, the electronic claims sent to the Assurance Maladie, French national health insurance), keep your practice software; RDV360 takes care of everything else.
Is it free?
The Free plan (calendar, 24/7 online booking, patient records and Reserve with Google) is free, with no credit card. SMS reminders and the POS are part of the paid plans.
Is my data protected?
RDV360 handles appointments and contact details, not medical records: data is processed in compliance with the GDPR and hosted in France. RDV360 does not present itself as an HDS-certified host (HDS is France’s certification for health data hosting).
